Festival on the Hill, which took place on Cortland Avenue in the Bernal Heights neighborhood of San Francisco, is a family-oriented celebration of the diversity of the community complete with an arts and crafts market, a resource center, playground, and performing arts venues.

Here are some highlights from this year’s Fiesta on the Hill:

The estimated crowd of 16,000 arrived early and stayed until the events closed at 6 pm.



Children's hour featuring Sunshine the Clown, Enzo's Children's Music, and Rolando's magic show, wowed the under 3 ft. crowd.

Over 500 pony rides were sold.



Bands on two stages played over 6 hours of free live music

Local celebrity sightings included Assemblyman Mark Leno, Supervisor Gerardo Sandoval, Ingelisde Police Captain Paul Chignell, and candidate for San Francisco Treasurer, José Cisneros.


The Bernal Heights Neighborhood Center raised much-needed funds for senior, youth and community improvement programs.
